"I graduated from ECU as an Occupational Therapist in 1999, and took a job at J.Z. Mann, Pediatric Therapy - . I am still here some 16 years later. J.Z. Mann, Pediatric Therapy was the perfect place to work; I could not have asked for anything better. The learning opportunities have been endless, and all within an environment of comfort and the freedom to ask questions. The mentoring I received was phenomenal and now, as a Senior Occupational Therapist, I am in a position to help mentor new therapists looking for a career in pediatrics."

"I graduated from Husson University with a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2011. I have worked in other pediatric outpatient clinics and within the school setting.  I began working at J.Z. Mann Pediatric Therapy in October 2013.  The opportunities I have had are continual.  I have had the opportunity to co-treat, attend continuing education in-services, and have one-on-one mentorship.  There is also tremendous support staff and therapists to collaborate with from each discipline.  These opportunities are helping me grow each day as an occupational therapist and ensure that I provide the best treatment.  I love my job and look forward to making differences in children's lives every day!"

"I graduated from Towson University with a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2013.  I began working at J.Z. Mann in 2014 and love going to work each day.

J.Z. Mann is an incredibly supportive work environment.  I have the pleasure of working alongside an amazing team of professionals who are both knowledgeable and compassionate.  Each and every day is a chance for me to learn and grow as a therapist, and I feel so privileged to work with the wonderful families that walk through our door!"

Megan Rossovskij, MS, OTR/L (Towson University, 2013)

“I graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in January 2016. I knew from day one in the program that pediatrics was my calling, so I began my career with pediatrics in travel therapy to gain experience. During my travel career, I worked in pediatric outpatient and inpatient settings in four different cities between Arkansas and Texas. I gained great experience working with different populations, cultures, languages, and therapists. I really feel as though my travel experience has helped to make me a well-rounded practitioner. I met my now husband in Arkansas, and we found J.Z. Mann Pediatric Therapy to be in the perfect location to start our new lives! I began working at J.Z. Mann in October 2017, and it has really been a wonderful experience. I love forming rapport with my patients and families; I really feel like they are each extensions of my own family! We therapists have amazing support from our coworkers, and we have great communications between disciplines. I know that each day is an exciting experience in pediatrics, and my career is truly my passion!”

“I received my Associate Degree of Science in OTA from Keiser University in August 2011. I have always been passionate about working with children with disabilities after volunteering every summer when in high school at a camp named Camp Victory. After my father-in-law told me to look into Occupational Therapy, I was excited! I spent almost 6 years in acute rehab and skilled nursing facilities because of the high demands of Florida. But after moving to NC, I heard about J.Z. Mann and truly feel blessed that they were able to offer me a position starting in May 2018. I am still blown away by all the training I have received, including co-treatments and one-on-one mentoring, the supportive work environment J.Z. Mann has with all their disciplines, and the true love they have for their patients! I really love my job and enjoy learning and growing every day! I look forward to continuing to help make a difference in children’s and their family’s lives for many more years to come!”
